Xpert MTB/RIF在结核病诊断中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 长久以来,结核病(TB)的诊断是依靠传统的结核分枝杆菌(MTB)抗酸染色涂片以及体外培养技术。但是,因为其检出率低,MTB生长缓慢等原因,传统方法并不能完全满足临床诊断的需要。利福平耐药实时荧光定量核酸扩增技术(Xpert MTB/RIF)是一种新的诊断技术,已经获得了世界卫生组织(WHO)的推荐。因其具有较高的灵敏度和特异性,并且操作简便的优势值得在世界范围内推广。 The diagnosis of tuberculosis has long relied on the conventional acid-fast staining of smears and culturing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.However,the low rate of detection and poor growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis mean that the conventional approach cannot meet clinical needs.Xpert MTB/RIF is a new technology that has been recommended by the World Health Organization(WTO).Xpert MTB/RIF technology has a high level of sensitivity and specificity,so it warrants increased use in the diagnosis of tuberculosis worldwide.
