核电站建造期间的库存管理浅析

Analysis of Inventory Management During the Construction of Nuclear Power Plant

核能具有独特的优势,可以缓解我国的能源危机以及减轻经济发展对环境造成的压力。核电站的建设是一个规模浩大的工程。库存管理在核电站的建设中存在着潜藏的巨大利润空间与增值价值,本文通过分析核电站建造期间库存管理的现状与问题,指出了导致目前核电建造期间库存水平偏高的主要原因,提出了构建库存综合信息管理平台、加强采购供应商管理方面的对策,并进行了相应的探讨,希望能对后续核电站的建设提供一定的借鉴。

Nuclear energy has its unique advantage, which can alleviate our country＇s energy crisis and relieve the pressure on the environment caused by economic development. The construction of nuclear power plant is a ？huge project. There are hidden huge profit space and value added value in inventory management of the construction of nuclear power plant. This paper points out that the main reason for the high inventory levels, proposes inventory information management platform and strengthen procurement suppliers management countermeasure based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of inventory management during nuclear power plant construction ,in order to provide certain reference for the construction of follow-up nuclear power plant.
