摘要
实验以市场上的微生物肥料为研究目标,从样品中分离菌株,并通过菌落形态、革兰氏染色、生化等实验鉴定出3株菌株,结果菌株A为褐球固氮菌,菌株B为球形芽孢杆菌,菌株M为藤黄微球菌。
In this study, microbial fertilizer was bought from market as the research object. And 3 strains separated from it. The representative strains of them were marked as A, B, M. Pure bacterial culture and identification showed that the strain A attributed to Azotobacter chroococcum, the strain B was Bacillus spaericus, the strain M was Micrococcus luteus.
