摘要
针对我国近年来工业设计专业毕业生职业能力与企业需求不匹配的困境,从人才培养的视角提出对策。对造成这一现状的人才培养错位表现以及工业设计专业毕业生就业竞争力构成这两个方面作了深入剖析,并给出了基于多元目标的差异化培养、面向区域经济的特色化培养、基于团队合作的创新素质化培养这3个改进方案,以此提升工业设计专业毕业生的就业竞争力。
Aiming at the mismatch between the professional ability and the enterprise demand of industrial design graduates in China in recent years, the countermeasures are put forward from the view of talent education. Three aspects of cultivation dislocation, which cause the mismatch, are deeply explored. The components of employment competitiveness of industrial design graduates are explained. For solving the mismatch, three strategies are put forward. The first is the difference education based on the plural goals. Secondly the characteristics of training talents should be formed based on the regional economic. Lastly, innovative quality should be trained by the teamwork.
