摘要
近年来,我国公路桥梁建设发展迅速,而在桥梁建设中其下部构造墩柱一般采用圆柱形式。文章通过具体实例,对采用模架一体化施工桥梁圆柱墩方式的优点、工艺原理、工艺流程和质量控制措施等进行了分析探讨,以杜绝脚手架安拆过程中的安全隐患,实现混凝土圆柱墩的安全、高效施工。
In recent years,the construction of highway bridges in China is developing rapidly, however, in the construction of bridges, its lower structure pier are generally cylindrical.Through the specific ex- amples,this article analyzed and studied the advantages, process principle, technical process and quality control measures of bridge cylindrical pier method by mold-frame integration construction, so as to eliminate the hidden dangers during scaffold installation and dismantle and to realize the safe and efficient construction of concrete cylindrical piles.
