Discussion on Cost Management of Inland Waterway Infrastructure under PPP Mode

为推进经济结构战略性调整,降低地方债务风险,拓宽融资渠道,国务院鼓励社会资本参与水运基础设施等重点领域投资。文章结合内河水运基础设施特点,对PPP模式下内河水运基础设施造价管理工作进行了研究。

In order to promote the strategic adjustment of economic structure, reduce local debt risk, and broaden the financing channels, the State Council encourages social capital to participate in the investment in key areas such as water transport infrastructure.Combined with the characteristics of in- land waterway transportation infrastructure, this article studied the cost management work of inland waterway infrastructure under PPP mode.
