摘要
利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对山核桃壳木醋液化学成分进行分离鉴定,采用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。从山核桃壳木醋液中分离出了88种组分,鉴定出了71种化合物,包括甲醇(5.68%),乙酸(47.64%),1-羟基-2-丙酮(4.02%),丙酸(2.15%),苯酚(4.14%),愈创木酚(0.73%),4-甲基苯酚(1.10%),3-甲基苯酚(1.08%),2,6-二甲氧基苯酚(2.04%),邻苯二酚(3.71%)等。通过对山核桃壳木醋液化学成分的研究,为山核桃资源的进一步开发利用提供了参考依据。
The research aimed to analyze the chemical components in wood vinegar and their relative content from walnut shell by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（ GC-MS）. 88 peaks were separated and 71 constituents were identified,which were 94. 9% of the total volatile constituents. The main compounds were identified as methyl alcohol（ 5. 68 %）,acetic acid（ 47. 64 %）,propanoic acid（ 2. 15 %）,2-propanone,1-hydroxy-（ 4. 02%）,phenol（ 4. 14%）,phenol,2-methoxy-（ 0. 73%）,phenol,4-methyl-（ 1. 10%）,phenol,3-methyl-（ 1. 08%）,phenol,2,6-dimethoxy-（ 2. 04%）,1,2-benzenediol（ 3. 71 %） etc. The study on the chemical components from wood vinegar provided the test basis for the further development and utilization of wood vinegar resources.
