摘要
根据制动卡钳缸体复杂的加工工艺要求,针对所采用的CNC加工中心(以下简称加工中心)本身的特性,设计夹具及定位方案。对初步提出的四套夹具定位方案,分析定位元件及其限制的自由度,并就定位元件数量、装夹难易程度、定位误差及其他因素导致的误差进行对比,选择出最为合理的两套定位方案用于制作夹具。分析表明:对于卡钳类复杂的缸体结构,完全可以通过少量的定位装夹次数,实现多道工步的加工。通过这种定位方法,可以实现比传统卡钳工艺更高的精度。
We designed the fixture and locating projects based on the complicated machining process of the vehicle brake caliper and the characteristic of the CNC machining centers that we used. With the analysis of the degrees of freedom,comparison of the quantity of positioning components,locating and clamping difficulty,locating errors and errors caused by other factors,we appropriately choose two fixtures out of four projects. It is possible to machine the complicated cylinder structure of the caliper by a number of process with few of locating and clamping. By the method we used for the locating,we are more able to achieve higher accuracy than the traditional caliper process.
