摘要
针对奔驰汽车桥壳的加工工艺,设计了两头同步驱动同时加工的数控车床,实现加工的半自动化,设计了专用床头箱、专用卡具和专用托料架,有效地提高了产品质量和生产效率,减少了装卡和找正等辅助时间,减轻了工人劳动强度。
The processing technology of Benz automobile axle,two synchronous driving two simultaneous processing of CNC lathe design,semi-automatic machining,design special fixture dedicated headstock and special supporting frame,improve product quality and production efficiency,reduce the clamping and alignment of the auxiliary time,reduce the worker labor intensity.
