带有浮动机构的曲轴孔镗刀应用研究

摘要 四缸机的曲轴孔有5档,其加工一般分为粗、半精、精加工与珩磨4道工序。批量生产中,其效率很多情况下已成为瓶颈,由此集粗、半精、精加工为一体同时加工5个档的复合镗刀应用逐渐成为一种趋势,由于刀体较长,机床内设计有前后轴承对其进行支撑,为保证刀体与轴承的配合,刀具设计有可径向浮动的法兰机构。在应用过程中,工件圆度超差、毛刺问题普遍存在。为此通过优化浮动量、加工参数和刀片材质彻底解决了此类问题,为相关厂家类似问题的解决提供借鉴。 For 4-cylinder engine,there are 5 taps and normally by 4 steps to finish cutting,rough,semi-finish,finish and honing process. During mass production,crankshaft bores machining is becoming bottleneck in most cases. As a result,compound tool which can achieve 5-tap rough,semi-finish,finish cutting at same time is becoming more popular. Because tool body is longer,there are 2 bearings inside machine for support. To ensure better cooperation,a floating flange is added to the tool. However,roundness,burs problems always happened. We try to solve it by optimizing floating range,parameter,insert material and finally successes,providing reference for other manufacturers to solve similar problems.
