基于灰关联法的GH4698铣削加工参数优化 被引量:6

摘要 以高温合金GH4698为研究对象,通过田口方法设计实验方案,应用灰关联分析法,考虑切削力、切削温度和材料去除率为目标,对切削速度、切削深度和每齿进给量等铣削加工参数进行多目标优化,计算并分析灰关联系数和灰关联度,得到最佳切削参数组合。对优选的最佳参数组合进行实验验证,结果表明切削参数优化组合获得的切削力、切削温度和材料去除率等指标综合处于最佳状态,对比灰关联度预测值和实测值,误差小于5%。该方法能用于铣削过程的预测和控制,为铣削镍基高温合金工艺参数优化提供可靠依据。 As the research object,GH4698 was carried on the experimental study. The experiment scheme was designed by the taguchi method. Considering cutting force,cutting temperature and material removal rate,feed per tooth,cutting depth and cutting speed are optimized on application of grey relational analysis method for multi-objective optimization. The grey relation coefficient and the grey correlation degree were calculated and analyzed. The best parameters combination was got. The best parameter combination was verified by the experiment. The results show that the composite indicator of the cutting force,cutting temperature and material removal rate was in the best state. The error is less than 5% by comparing grey correlation between the predict values and the measure values. The method can be used to forecast and control of milling process. It will provide reliable basis for the milling process parameters optimization on the nickel-based alloy.
