模具图纸在全生命周期内的信息管理系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 模具图纸在整个生命周期内会产生大量的信息,而这些信息大部分是在过程中产生的,行业内普遍重视结果,而忽略了过程信息,造成了后期模具图纸信息查询、检索的阻碍。解析了模具图纸的整个生命周期,分析出模具图纸全生命周期内信息管理存在的问题,依据模具图纸的全生命周期为主线,结合本体的建模技术,开发了模具图纸管理系统。系统能够支持模具、图纸信息的有效检索、查询以及相应文档的生成,实现模具图纸管理的过程化、实时化,有效地提高了模具图纸管理的效率。 Mold drawings will produce a large amount of information on the PLM,and most of the information is generated in the process,the industry generally pay attention to the results,while ignoring the process of information,resulting in the late mould drawing information query,retrieval block. The whole PLM of die drawing is analyzed,and the problems existing in the information management of the mould drawing PLM are analyzed. Based on the PLM of the die drawing and the modeling technology of the ontology,the management system of the mould drawing is developed. The system can support the effective retrieval and query of the mold and the drawing information,and the corresponding document generation. It can realize the process and real time of the mould drawing management,and effectively improve the efficiency of the mold drawing management.
