为实现一次装卡测量加工多个不同倾斜面的功能,GNC61数控系统加入了斜面加工的功能模块。该模块通过系统自动计算倾斜坐标系的原点和坐标系转换矩阵,实现了在不同结构机床上的倾斜面加工功能。该模块适用于双摆头结构、双转台结构、一摆头一转台结构的机床。最后通过用户实际使用证明该功能满足用户对3+2斜面加工的各种需求。

In order to machine the different inclined planes of the workpiece by one clamping,GNC61 system develops the inclined plane machining function. GNC61 system calculates the origin and the matrix of the inclined plane coordinate system automatically to implement the inclined plane machining function. This function is applicable for the machine with bi-rotary milling head or dual-rotor tables or swing-head and tilt platform. This function can satisfy the 3 ＋ 2 machining demand through use by our clients.
