摘要
为了全面了解安宁市主要植烟区域烤烟的化学成分特征,该研究测定了安宁市八街、县街、草铺、禄脿4个主要植烟街道的B_2F、C_3F、X_2F 3个等级烤烟,总共105个样本还原糖、总糖、烟碱、总氮、钾与氯含量,并应用模糊数学和多元统计分析方法进行数据分析。结果表明:(1)安宁市烤烟总氮、烟碱、钾、氯含量以及钾氯比均在适宜范围内,总糖、还原糖含量和糖碱比稍高,氮碱比略低。(2)等级间除还原糖与氯外,其余指标差异显著;品种间仅总糖与氯差异显著;植烟乡街道间除总氮外,其余指标差异显著。(3)安宁市所有植烟区域烟样化学成分综合指数处于高、较高水平,少部分处于中等水平,其中八街烟叶化学成分综合指数最高,县街最低。
In order to investigate the Characteristics of chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Anning, the reducing sugar, total sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium and chlorine of 105 samples with 3 grades (B2F, C3F, X2F) were tested and were analyzed by using Fuzzy math and multivariate statistical analysis. The resuhs showed that: (1)The average concentration of total nitrogen, nicotine, potassium, chlorine and the ratio of potassium to chlorine were suitable. However, the value of total sugar, reducing sugar and the ratio of sugar to nicotine were higher and the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine was lower. (2)The difference of chemical components in differently graded except for reducing sugar and chlorine and between tobacco-growing counties except for total nitrogen was significant. However the difference between eultivars was not statistical significant except for total sugar and chlorine. (3) The comprehensive values of chemical components in most of Arming tobacco-growing areas were in high and higher level, and some were in medium level. Bajie were the highest and Xianjie were the lowest.
