摘要
目的:建立一种高效液相色谱-示差折光测定口香糖中山梨糖醇和麦芽糖醇含量的实验方法。方法:色谱柱采用Waters NH2柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈∶水=70∶30为流动相,采用示差折光检测器测定口香糖中山梨糖醇和麦芽糖醇的含量。结果:采用本实验检测方法,山梨糖醇和麦芽糖醇的线性范围为1.6~6.4mg/mL,该方法的最小检出限0.1mg/mL,加标回收率为92.46%~101.08%,方法的相对标准偏差0.88%~1.96%。结论:该方法精密度好、回收率和准确度高,适用于口香糖中山梨糖醇和木糖醇的定量分析。
[Objective ] A high performance liquid chromatography method for separation and determination of sorbitol and maltitol in chewing gum with sticky rice was established. [Method] The analytical column was Waters NH2 ( 250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was aeentonitrile-water (70:30, V/V), the samples were determined by an refractive index detector detector. [ Result] The calibration curves had good linearity in the range of 1.6- 6.4mg/mL for sorbitol and maltitol, the detection limit for sorbitol and maltitol was 0.1mg/mL, the average recoveries of sorbitol and maltitol were 92.46% - 101.08% , RSD = 0.88% - 1.96%. [Conclusion] The method was a convenient, rapid and effective method for qualitatively analysis of sorbitol and maltitol in chewing gum.
