摘要
以乙二醛和尿素为原料 ,采用H2 O2 氧化、催化缩合二步法合成尿囊素 ,对氧化机理进行了探讨 ,提出了以硫磷混酸作催化剂的合成方法 ,产率为 6 0 .7%。经红外光谱和元素分析 ,证实了尿囊素的分子结构。该工艺克服了硝酸氧化对环境的污染 ,从而为尿囊素的大规模生产开辟了新的途径。
Using glyoxal and urea as raw materials, allantion was synthesized through H 2O 2 oxidation and catalytic condensation. mechenism of oxidation was discussed. synthetic method to use mixed acid (sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid) as catalyst was put forward. yield reached 60.7 %. the structure of the allantion was proved by infrared spectrum and elemental analysis. the environmental pollution produced by nitric acid oxidation was overcomed.
