高校学生对空手道项目的认知研究

Colleges Students' Perception of Karate Program

空手道已是国际化的体育项目,是世界体育文化交流融合发展的新领域,正在成为我国大学生生活的有机组成部分。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,选取上海理工大学、湖州师范学院为研究样本,对空手道项目训练实践后大学生的认知情况进行探究,为高校更好的推广空手道项目提供参考。研究表明:1)空手道项目不同于一般的体育项目,兼具"闭锁式""开放式"教学特征,是武技又高于一般的武技,比较适合青少年习练,在高校体育项目中具有后发比较优势;2)空手道项目学习实践效果表明,对学生成长及全面发展有积极促进作用,其身心健康的"溢出效应"突出,具有突出的实践价值,受到学生的普遍喜爱,在高校具有较大的发展潜力;3)空手道课程礼仪文化特色鲜明,代表了武技最高的境界诉求,使学生更热爱我国传统文化,未来发展应在社团建设、比赛交流、社会支持、科学训练、训练条件等方面给予更大支持。

Karate is an international sports event,is a new field of sports culture exchange,and is becoming an integral part of the life of college students in China. In this study,the karate was offered in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and Huzhou University,and college students＇ perception of karate was analyzed,in order to provide references for colleges and universities to better promote karate program. The methods of literature review,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics were used. Conclusions： 1） Unlike other general sport events,karate has the teaching characteristics of openness and closure; it belongs to martial arts but is superior to general martial arts; it is relatively suitable for youth to practice and has advantage of backwardness in college sport events. 2） The effect of karate practice shows that karate has positive impact on allround development of college students,especially in the mental and physical health; it has great practical value and is widely loved by students; it has great potential for development in colleges and univeristies. 3） Karate course has a strong characteristic of etiquette culture and represents the highest request of martial arts; it helps to enhance the student＇s love of Chinese traditional culture. In the future,the association construction,competitions,social support,scientific training,and training condition of karate training should be given more support.
