应用EBER-RNA探针原位杂交技术检测鼻咽癌组织中的EB病毒 被引量：4

摘要 目的 用EBER-RNA探针原位杂交技术检测鼻咽癌（nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC）组织中的Epstein-Barr（EB）病毒.方法 收集苏州地区非角化性鼻咽癌组织46例,慢性鼻咽炎组织4例作为对照,应用EBER-RNA探针原位杂交技术检测鼻咽癌中的EB病毒.结果 46例非角化性鼻咽癌组织中EB病毒表达均为阳性,4例慢性鼻咽炎组织中EB病毒表达均为阴性.结论 EBER-RNA探针原位杂交技术是检测鼻咽癌EB病毒的重要技术方法.
