摘要 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对隐匿性肋骨骨折的诊断价值.方法 分析70例拟诊肋骨骨折的胸部外伤患者的X线平片及多层螺旋CT资料,比较CT轴位与三维重建图像对隐匿性肋骨骨折的诊断检出率.结果 70例胸部外伤患者共发现隐匿性肋骨骨折165处.CT轴位及CT三维重建检出隐匿性肋骨骨折分别为155处(93.9%)和165处(100%),两者在隐匿性肋骨骨折检出率之间的差异具有统计学意义(t=-3.05,P=0.003).结论 多层螺旋CT三维成像技术对隐匿性肋骨骨折的诊断具有重要临床价值. Objective To study the diagnostic value of 3D reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT in occult rib fracture. Methods The X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT data of 70 cases with suspicious rib fracture were analyzed. The diagnostic rate of occult rib fracture were compared among X-ray plain film, axial CT images and 3D reconstruction images. Results There were totally 165 occult fracture sites of ribs in 70 cases with chest trauma. The numbers of fracture sites detected by axial CT and 3D reconstruction technique were 155 (93.9%) and 165 (100%), respectively. The difference between them was statistically significant (t=-3.05, P=0.003). Conclusion 3D reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT is valuable in diagnosing occult rib fracture.
