摘要 先张法双向CRTSⅢ型预应力混凝土轨道板是通过纵、横双向预应力钢筋与结构钢筋共同互补受力的混凝土结构,从而避免了沿钢筋方向出现纵向裂纹,提高了轨道板整体强度,提高了轨道板抗冲击、抗疲劳的耐久性能。轨道板预制中通过对模具底部进行调整,用以抵消轨道板在预应力作用下产生的翘曲变形,减少轨道板的翘曲量,保证其平整度,有效地解决了因板面翘曲而影响线路轨道的平顺性。实践证明该技术措施的应用,取得了良好的效果,对同类轨道板的生产具有重要的借鉴意义。 Bidirectional CRTS type prestressed concrete slab is through vertical and horizontal two-way prestressed reinforced structure of reinforced concrete structure and common complementary force, so as to avoid the emergence of longitudinal cracks along the reinforcement direction, improve the overall strength of the track plate and the durability of the track plate anti shock and anti fatigue. In order to reduce the warp of the track plate to ensure its flatness, adjusted the bottom of the mold to offset the warping deformation of the rail plate under prestress in track plate prefabrication, which effectively eliminates influence of track plate warping comfort. Practice has proved that the application of the technical measures has achieved good results, and has important reference significance for the production of similar track slabs.
