摘要
为了解决室内采暖地埋管道系统中管道接头和保护层厚度设置存在的规范要求不一致和随意性过大问题,综合目前各规范、文件的相关规定,提出只有在连接散热器处可采用管件进行热熔连接作为接头设置的标准,并通过受力分析计算出保护层厚度为20~25 mm时,混凝土的抗拉应力与管道应力达到平衡,可以避免地面因受热产生的开裂问题。本文的分析结果对地埋管道施工提供了理论依据,避免了施工人员在做法选择上的随意性,满足了施工质量控制的要求。
To solve the problem of inconsistent specification requirements and too much arbitrariness ot pipe joint and protective layer setting of indoor heating buried pipe system, combined with the relevant provisions of the current regulations and the document, this paper proposed that the hot melt connection can be used with pipe fitting only in position of connect the radiator as the standard of buried pipe joint setting, it was showed that when the thickness of the protective layer from 20mm to 25mm the tensile stress of concrete was in equilibrium with the pipe stress by force analysis and calculation, which could avoid the cracking caused by heat of the floor. The results provided a theoretical basis for the construction of buried pipelines, and avoided the constructors'arbitrariness of the choice on practice, and met the requirements of construction quality control.
