摘要
3D激光扫描技术是一门新兴的测绘技术,能够非接触高速精确地获取目标物的三维坐标数据。在建筑施工过程中可以利用该技术获取建筑的空间点云数据,建立真实的三维建筑模型。以横琴国际金融中心大厦项目为例,介绍3D激光扫描技术在建筑施工过程中的数据获取方法与运用方式。项目过程中通过3D激光扫描仪对建筑进行扫描,利用RealWorks软件处理点云数据,获得精确的建筑模型;并在此基础上通过模型提取尺寸信息,代替实测实量;将BIM模型与点云模型比对辅助结构验收;辅助机电幕墙等其他专业的施工。
3D laser scanning technology is a new way of surveying and mapping. It can obtain accurate 3d coordinate of the target in a fast way without touch. By applying 3D laser scanning in the process of construction, we can obtain spatial dots data of the building and build a real 3d building model. This paper took Hengqin international World Financial Centre project as example to introduce the 3d laser scanning technology, including the way of data acquisition and application. In the project, we scanned building for dots date by 3d laser scanner, dealt with dots date by the software of RealWorks and obtained the accurate building model. The dimensional information of building was extracted by the model instead of the conventional measurement; compared the BIM model with the point cloud data model to assist the structure acceptance and the construction of other specialty.
