摘要
基桩声波透射法在检测混凝土灌注桩的桩身完整性时存在检测盲区。随着桩径的加大,检测盲区的范围和漏检缺陷的尺寸随之增大,给工程带来极大的安全隐患。本文着重探讨和分析了声波透射法检测盲区产生的原因和机理。通过某城市快速路高架桥梁工程大直径混凝土灌注桩的声波透射法检测实例,发现了检测盲区的存在,分析了检测盲区的危害性,并给出了解决检测盲区问题的主要思路,这对提高声波透射法检测结果的可靠度大有裨益。
The non-detection zone was proven to be existed in the application of cross-hole sonic logging for testing the integrity of cast-in-place pile. With the increase of pile diameter used, the range of detection blind areas and the size of missing defects will be also enlarged accordingly, which will be a very big potential safety hidden danger for engineering. The generating reasons and mechanism of detection blind areas in cross-hole sonic logging were mainly discussed and analyzed in this paper. Based on a case study of cross-hole sonic logging application for large diameter cast-in-place pile in a urban expressway bridge engineering, the detection blind areas were found, the harmfulness of detection blind areas was analyzed and the main solution to solve the problem of detection blind areas was given. It will be great helpful for improving the detection reliability of cross-hole sonic logging application in practical engineering.
