摘要
麻疹是一种由病毒引起的极具传染性的严重疾病。尽管已有安全有效的疫苗,但麻疹仍是造成全球婴幼儿死亡的主要原因之一。为实现2020年麻疹消除的目标,早期发现麻疹患者,避免误诊,中华人民共和国国家卫生和计划生育委员会于2017年7月24日发布了新的《麻疹诊断》行业标准(WS 296-2017),对麻疹的诊断依据、临床诊断病例的定义、排除病例等内容进行了修改。
Measles is a highly contagious, serious disease caused by virus. It remains one of the leading causes of death among young children globally, despite the availability of a safe and effective vaccine. The National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People＇ s Republic of China has issued a new ＂Measles Diagnostic Criteria＂ （WS 296-2017） on 24th July, 2017, in order to achieve measles elimination targets for 2020 and early detection of measles patients, while avoiding misdiagnosis. The diagnosis basis of measles, the definition of probable cases, excluded cases and other contents have been modified.
