在今天这样一个信息时代,信息技术是人类的另一个与现实世界相对的虚拟世界。虚拟网络信息世界其最大特点在于以互联网为最主要的生产工具,知识和信息是生产力要素中的重要组成部分。当前,国际与国内均未形成一个完整的信息体系,仅仅停留在开发应用土木信息技术的层面上,仍未形成良好的规模效应。特别是我国,整体上土木工程业的发展水平较低,仍沿用传统的粗放型工作模式。因此,对土木工程信息化建设的深入研究具有重要的意义。本文介绍了信息化的内涵、信息化技术在土木工程中的应用、程项目管理信息化等问题。

In the information age, information technology is another virtual world which is opposite to the real world. The most important feature of the virtual network information world is that the Internet is the most important production tool, and knowledge and information are the important components of the productive forces. At present, the international and domestic have not formed a complete information system, just stay in the development of the application of civil information technology level, still has not formed a good scale effect. In particular, the development level of civil engineering in China is relatively low, and the traditional model of extensive work is still used. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the construction of civil engineering informationization. This paper introduces the connotation of informationization, application of information technology in civil engineering and informationization of project management.
