武汉市社区慢性病患者社会支持状况对健康管理效果的影响

Influence of Effect of Social Support on Health Management of Patients with Chronic Diseases in Community in Wuhan City

目的:研究社区慢性病患者社会支持状况对健康管理效果的影响。方法:采用修改的Flynn意见领袖问卷,运用分阶段整群随机抽样的方法选取武汉市3个社区服务站的229名慢性病患者,进行一对一入户问卷调查,主要采用描述性统计,得分资料采用Kruskal-Wails H秩和检验进行组间比较,相关性分析采用Spearson相关分析。结果:健康管理自我效能(χ~2=8.96,P=0.03)在不同社会支持程度中具有差别,而在健康管理能力(χ~2=7.02,P=0.07)和健康管理影响力(χ~2=0.07,P=0.15)两个维度中没有差别。有社会支持来源的慢性病患者具有较强的健康管理能力、健康管理影响力。结论:有无社会支持来源对慢性病患者的健康管理效果具有重要意义。来源于社区医生的社会支持发挥了重要作用,但来源于社区病友、患者家人及社区其他人员的社会支持也越来越发挥重要的作用。

Objective： To study the effects of social support on community health support and the impact of social support on health management. Methods： 229 chronic disease patients were selected by using the modified Flynn Opinion Leader Questionnaire randomly from three community service stations in Wuhan. A one-to-one household survey was conducted. The descriptive statistics were mainly used. Kruskal-Wails H rank sum test was performed between groups, and correlation analysis was performed using Spearson correlation analysis. Results： Health management self-efficacy （χ^2= 8.96, P=0.03） was different in different social support levels, but there was no difference between health management ability （χ^2= 7.02, P= 0.07） and health management influence （χ^2= 0. 07, P = 0.15）. The chronic disease patients with social support sources had more strong health management ability and health management influence. Conclusion： Whether there is social support source is of great significance to the health management of chronic disease patients. Social support from community doctors has played an important role, but social support from community patients, patients＇ family members and other community members also plays an increasingly important role.
