摘要
对合成 2 -甲基 - 2 ,4-戊二醇 (2 -Methyl- 2 ,4-pentendiol ,简称MPD)的最佳工艺进行了研究 ,影响 2 -甲基 - 2 ,4-戊二醇产率的因素有 :温度、压力、时间、催化剂用量、搅拌速度等。最佳工艺条件为 :压力 3.0MPa ,温度 95~ 10 0℃ ,时间 7h ,催化剂用量 10 % (质量百分数 )、搅拌速度 5 5r·min-1。有机磷农药在贮存期间 ,会发生降解 ,导致有效成分含量下降 ,药效降低。将本实验合成的 2 -甲基 - 2 ,4-戊二醇用于 40 %ZX水胺硫磷乳液中 ,热贮存实验结果表明 ,水胺硫磷分解率小于 2 .36 %,甲基增效磷分解率小于 2 .0 1% ,而未加MPD的样品中二者的分解率分别为 7.6 2 %和 3.42 % ,实验表明MPD可作为性能良好的有机磷农药稳定剂。
The preparation of 2-methyl-2,4-pentendio (MPD) was introduced in this paper. MPD yield was affected by several parameters : temperature, pressure,ratio of catalyst, reaction time, and agitation.. The optimum conditions are obtained from experiments : temperature 95~105 ℃, pressure 3.0 MPa, ratio of catalyst10 %, reaction time 7 h, and stirring speed 55 r·min -1 . The organophosphorus pesticides may be decomposed in storage time. So it resulted in dropping of effectivecomposition content. MPD that synthesized by this test was applied to 40 % ZX isocarbophos. The content of MPD from 0~14(wt) %, hot storage test results indicated that decomposition proportion of isocarbophos was 2.37 %, methyl-phosphorus was 2.01 % if adding MPD, but isocarbophos was 7.62 % and methyl-phosphorus was 3.42 % if no MPD. It was showed that MPD was a good kind of stabilizer for organophosphorus pesticides.
