同一母鸡三个蛋清混样检测禽白血病病毒p27抗原的可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨采用母鸡3个蛋清混样开展禽白血病检测与净化的可行性,试验对2014~2016年北京油鸡5个品系30 639只母鸡蛋清禽白血病病毒p27抗原ELISA结果进行了统计与分析。同一母鸡3个蛋清S/P值求平均作为混样的S/P值,以S/P≥0.20、S/P≥0.15、S/P≥0.10为阳性判定标准,分别比较混样法与单独检测的一致性。结果显示:随着净化代次的增加,阳性判定阈值降低,混样法对阳性母鸡检出率逐渐升高。以S/P≥0.10为阳性标准,2016年阳性母鸡检出率为100%,母鸡阴性转为阳性的比例不超过1%,其中2个或3个蛋清S/P值≥0.10的占80%~90%。研究结果充分说明母鸡3个蛋清混样进行禽白血病病毒p27抗原检测理论上是可行的,尤其在净化后期或种群阳性比例不高的情况下,将S/P≥0.10定为阳性标准,不仅可以淘汰阳性个体,而且有助于淘汰弱阳性个体。 In order to study the feasibility of avian leukosis virus (ALV) detection and eradiation with mixing egg white of three eggs from one hen, ALV p27 antigen detection data of egg samples from 30 639 hens coming from 5 lines of Beijing You chicken from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed. The average S/P of the three egg whites from the same hen was assumed as the value of mixture and chickens was re-judged according to criterions of S/P≥0.20, S/P≥0.15 and S/P≥0.10. The re-judging results were compared with the previous ones and with the generation increasing and the criteria value reducing, the detection rate was improved. If using S/P≥0.10 as the positive criteria, 100% positive chickens were re-judged to be positive again; while less than 1% negative birds were re-judged to be positive, 80 to 90 percent of which having the S/P value of two or three eggs over 0.10. These findings indicated that it was theoretically feasible to detect ALV p27 antigen by mixing egg whites from three eggs of one hen, especially at the late period of the eradication or when the positive rate of ALV p27 was low. Meanwhile, considering S/P≥0.10 as the positive criteria could not onlv eliminate the true positive birds but also help eliminate weak positive individuals.
