摘要
对电子式剩余电流断路器试验方法及产品失效原因进行了详细的分析,并给出了改进方案。通过试验证明了该方法能有效保证产品3 000 A浪涌电流冲击试验的合格率,提高了剩余电流断路器的可靠性。
This paper analyzed the test method and the cause of product failure of residual current circuit breaker,and gave the improved scheme.The test results shows that this method can effectively guarantee the qualified rate of the 3 000 A surge impact current test,and improve the reliability of residual current circuit breaker.
