摘要
针对环境与经济调度时通信拓扑双网络的特点,提出一种计及环境因素的智能电网分布式经济调度策略。不仅考虑了通信拓扑结构的多变性,同时针对系统"即插即用"的特性进行研究。通过母线之间的局部信息交互传递环境与经济调度信息,采用两个并行的分布式优化算法。通过对系统通信拓扑结构多变和"即插即用"特性的算法仿真,表明所提策略的有效性。
In view of the characteristics of the dual network of communication topology in environmental/economic dispatch,a distributed economic dispatch strategy for power system with environmental factors was proposed.This strategy not only considers the variability of the communication topology,but also studies the characteristics of the "plug and play".The strategy is to transfer environmental/economic dispatch information through the local information of the bus bar,and two parallel distributed optimization algorithms were adopted.The first one is a consensus algorithm which has a power mismatch correction term.The second one uses another distributed consensus algorithm to calculate the global power mismatch on the buses which is used in the first algorithm,and the correction term is the global power mismatch calculated by the power mismatch on local bus to ensure the generation-demand balance.By means of the simulation of the system communication topology changing and the "plug and play" feature,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified.
