基于专利视角的中国动漫产业技术创新态势研究

A Study on the Technovation Situation of Chinese Animation Industry Base on Patent Perspective

[目的/意义]为了了解中国动漫产业技术创新活动中主要利用的技术手段和解决的技术问题,探讨产业技术创新和专利保护的态势。[方法/过程]在文献综述和专利信息检索的基础上,根据"技术-功效"分解表对专利信息进行标引,然后从多个维度对中国动漫产业技术创新的态势进行了分析。[结果/结论]中国动漫产业技术创新及其专利保护在国家政策推动下取得了较快的发展;北京、长三角和珠三角等地区聚集了我国较多的动漫创新资源;浙江大学、腾讯和中科院在动漫产业技术创新领域拥有明显的优势;中国动漫产业的专利申请主要集中于G06T、H04N和G06F等领域,即图像处理、运动控制和3D渲染等技术领域。

[ Purpose/Significance ] This paper objectively presents the technological means and problems during the technovation activities of Chinese animation industry. [ Method/Process] An literature review on Intellectual Property protection for Chinese animation industry was made fwstly,and then,the patent information of Chinese animation industry was searched from Shanghai Intellectual Property Informa- tion Platform. All the patent information was indexed according to the roles of Technology-Effect which were made in advanced. The technovation situations of Chinese animation industry were analyzed from several dimensions. [ Result/Conclusion J The technovation and patent activities of Chinese animation industry developed greatly in recent years; The technovation resources of Chinese animation industry were concentrated in region of Beijing,Yangze River Delta and Pearl River Delta; the applicants of Zhejiang University,Tencent company and Chinese Academy of Sciences have relative innovative advantage in animation industry; the patent applications of Chinese animation industry were distributed in G06T,H04N and G06F,such as the technological fields of image processing,action control and 3D rendering.
