“一带一路”沿线国家信息资源整合模式——基于国际组织和跨国企业经验的研究

A Study on Integration of Belt & Road Information Recourses Based on the Experiences of International Organizations and Enterprises

[目的/意义]信息互通是"一带一路"倡议实施的基础,目前国内"一带一路"数据库建设既有成效,但也存在数据来源不畅等问题。[方法/过程]梳理各个国际组织以及跨国企业建设国际数据库的做法,分析其推进跨国信息共享与整合方面的经验。[结果/结论]对我国的"一带一路"数据库建设提出对策建议,包括对外应健全国际大数据合作机制,对内应提升大数据国际化开发能力。

Information sharing is the basis of ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative. In recent years China has achieved much progress in build- ing the B＆R databases, but there are also some problems such as poor data sources. This paper sorted out practices of international organi- zations and international enterprises to build transnational databases, analyzed their experiences in promoting cross-border information sha- ring and integration. This paper proposed some suggestions including improving the international cooperation mechanism on information sharing and integration, and enhancing the ability to exploit and utilize the B＆R information resources.
