摘要
[目的/意义]研究公共服务平台信息资源共享如何在最短时间、最大范围内实现,共享规律如何等相关问题,为公共服务平台的建设和发展提供理论参考与依据。[方法/过程]基于Lotka-Volterra模型构建公共服务平台信息资源共享模型,指出不同信息资源提供者的信息生态位重叠度对信息资源共享的影响作用,通过Matlab R2016a对信息资源共享模型进行仿真,验证理论分析的结果,并检验初始共享速度对共享结果的影响。[结果 /结论]仿真结果表明:信息提供者之间的影响系数对信息资源共享的均衡状态、达到均衡所需时间都有显著作用。研究结果对于探索公共服务平台的科学构建与治理,信息提供者的信息资源共享策略制定具有重要的指导意义。
[ Purpose/Significance ] In order to provide the theoretical foundation for the construction and development of the public serv- ice platform,the paper studies on how to share information in the shortest time,the maximum scope,and the role of information sharing on public service platform. [ Method/Process ] Based on Lotka-Volterra model,this paper builds the information sharing model, and points out the effect of information niche overlap on information sharing. The paper simulates the model by Matlab R2016a,verifies the previous theo- retical analysis, and discusses initial sharing speed's influence on information sharing result. [ Resuit/Condusion ] The results of mathemati- cal modeling and simulation experiment show that the influence coefficient between the information providers is closely related to the equi- librium state of information sharing and the time required to achieve the equilibrium. The research result has important role for foundation and government of public service platform and information providers' decision making.
