摘要
介绍了乙烯经环氧乙烷制备乙二醇的方法,包括直接水合法、催化水合法、碳酸乙烯酯法、二氧戊环法、氯乙醇水解法、二氯乙烷水解法和乙烯直接水合法等。环氧乙烷工艺作为目前主要的乙二醇生产工艺,仍会继续发挥作用,针对该工艺的改进和升级,成为研究的重点;碳酸乙烯酯工艺有望在未来的研究中逐步取代现有的环氧乙烷工艺。石油资源的紧缺,加快了非石油路线的发展,尤其是合成气路线,将可能成为未来的主要路线。
The methods of ethylene glycol produced by oxirane from ethylene were introduced, such as direct hydration method, catalytic hydration method, ethylene carbonate method, dioxolane method, chlorohydrin ethanol hydrolysis method, dichloroethane hydrolysis method and ethylene direct hydrolysi method. In the long time, oxirane method is able to the main production process of ethylene glycol. It would be improving and upgrading. The reseachers would be focus on oxirane method. It will be replaced by ethylene carbonate method in the future. The shortage of oil resources promotes the development of non- oil routes in production technology of ethylene glycol. The production technology of synthetic gas can be the main method in the future.
