稻壳灰为硅源制备硅酸锂及其吸附性能研究

摘要 利用农业废弃物稻壳灰作为硅源在一定工艺下合成硅酸锂材料。对Li_4SiO_4材料的组成结构以及物相形貌进行的观察分析,对影响Li_4SiO_4制备的时间、温度等因素进行了探究,并对其吸附性进行了有效的研究。试验结果表明,要制备出纯度较高、结晶度较好、颗粒尺寸合适的Li_4SiO_4材料,可通过硅源为稻壳灰,锂源为Li_2CO_3,在高于700℃的温度下煅烧,保温时间大于4 h,而在此条件下制备的Li_4SiO_4材料具有良好的CO_2吸附性能。 Agricultural waste rice husk ash was used as a silicon source in a certain process of synthetic lithium silicate material. The composition and structure of Li4SiO4 were observed and analyzed. The factors influencing the preparation time of Li4SiO4 were investigated, and the adsorption properties of Li4SiO4 were studied effectively. The results showed that Li4SiO4 material with high purity, good crystallinity and suitable particle size can he prepared. The Li4SiO4 material can be calcined at a temperature higher than 700 ℃ through the silicon source and the lithium source was Li2CO3. The holding time was greater than 4 h, and the Li4SiO4 material prepared under these conditions had good CO2 adsorption performance.
