Optimization of Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Anchusa italica by Central Composite Design-response Surface Methodology

利用星点设计-效应面法优选牛舌草中总黄酮的提取工艺。单因素考察,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、温度、提取次数、料液比为考察因素,总黄酮的提取率为考察指标,采用星点设计-效应面法优选提取工艺。由复相关系数可知,因素与指标之间最佳拟合方程为二次多项式,最佳工艺为加入8倍量的53%乙醇于83℃加热,提取时间67 min,提取3次,黄酮平均提取率4.11%。

The optimum preparation conditions were as follows： 8 times of 53% ethanol with 83 rain at 83 ℃ and extracting 3 times, yield of total flavonoids 4. 11%.
