摘要
以两种煤质柱状活性炭为载体,用Cu、Mo、Zn、Ag等过渡金属作活性组分,经浸渍、活化制备出ASZM-T型浸渍炭。采用SEM,BET对制备的浸渍炭的表面形貌和孔结构进行了分析,并测试了其对氢氰酸和氯化氰的防护性能。结果表明活性组分在活性炭孔隙内部的均匀分布、基炭孔隙结构的自身分布,对ASZM-T型浸渍炭的毒剂防护性能至关重要。同时适当的延长浸渍时间也能够提高对毒剂的防护时间。
Taking two kinds of coal columnar activated carbon as carrier, Cu, Mo, Zn, Ag and other transition metals as active ingredients, ASZM-T impregnated carbon was prepared by impregnation and activation. The surface morphology and pore structure of impregnated carbon were analyzed by SEM and BET, and their protective properties against hydrocyanic acid and cyanogen chloride were tested. Results showed that the distribution of the active components in the pores of the activated carbon and the distribution of the carbon pore structure of the activated carbon were critical to the protective properties of ASZM-T impregnated carbon. Meanwhile, extending the immersion time appropriately can also improve the protection time of the toxic agent.
