危废焚烧与烟气净化系统问题及优化 被引量:12

摘要 危险废物,尤其是化工生产中产生的有机废渣、有机废水和生化淤泥等,由于其有毒有害性、易燃易爆性、腐蚀传染性等会对人类和环境在成严重危害。危废回转窑焚烧法是目前危险废物无害处理的主要方法,然而其作为一个庞大系统的工程,涉及到多个研究领域,在实际生产中仍然存在部分缺陷。本文以福建省东南电化焚烧线烟气净化系统为例,分析了其存在的主要问题,并提出了改造优化措施,使其达到焚烧线烟气排放标准的同时大大提高了系统寿命。 Hazardous wastes, especially the organic residues, organic wastewater and biochemical sludge produced by the chemical process, can be serious harm to humans and the environment due to its toxic hazardous, flammable and explosive trap, corrosion infectious. Waste rotary kiln incineration method is one of the most efficient ways to handle the hazardous wastes harmlessly, however, as a huge system engineering involving multiple research field, there are still some defects in the practical production. Taking the Fujian Southeast electrochemical incineration flue gas purification system line as an example, the main existed problems were analyzed and the respective modification measures which can meet the emissions standards and improve system life were put forward.
