结合中石油华北石化公司炼油质量升级与安全环保技术改造工程16万标立/小时的制氢装置的设计,介绍了大型轻烃水蒸气转化法制氢装置在工程中的实际应用。主要介绍了装置建设的必要性、制氢装置工艺技术的选择、烃类水蒸气转化制氢装置原料的选择、制氢装置大型化采用预转化技术的优点、双蒸汽系统的应用、双系列的应用以及装置的平面布置等方面。

According to the engineering design of the SMR unit of the PetroChina NorthChina Petrochemical Company, the engineering application of the large hydrocarbon steam reforming unit was introduced. The necessity of construction this SMR unit, the selection of process technology, the selection of the feedstock, the application of the pre- reforming technology, the application of the double steam system and the application of the two parallel trains and the layout of the unit were mainly introduced.
