Advances on Update Summarization

更新摘要研究对分析话题演化、提高人们在大数据时代获取信息的效率具有重要意义。首先对更新摘要历届评测会议的概况进行介绍和概括;其次重点分析更新摘要的生成方法;然后对更新摘要研究的新进展进行总结;最后探讨了未来研究中丞待解决的问题。

Update summarization plays an important role in analyzing topic evolution and improving users＇ information acquisition efficiency in big data era. Firstly, the overview of the evaluation con- ferences on update summarization is introduced and summarized. Then, the update summarization algorithms are highlighted and discussed. Furthermore, some latest research achievements are pres-ented. Finally, some problems to be solved in the future are pointed out.
