文章研究了ERP系统中的项目预算管控,SAP系统通过项目管理模块来对各类项目进行管理,项目管理模块通过配置预算参数文件、容差限制等后台参数来实现项目预算管控的目标,从而实现项目的采购管理、合同管理和成本管理都能在ERP信息系统层面达到事前控制的效果,帮助管理者提升项目管理水平。

This paper studies the project budget management and control in the enterprise resource planning system, and the system application and products in data processing manages all types of projects through the project management system. The project management system achieves the goal of project budget management and control by configuring the background parameters such as budget parameter file and tolerance limit, so as to realize the procurement management, contract management and cost management to achieve the effect of beforehand control in the enterprise resource planning information system level, which can help managers to improve the level of project management.
