摘要
现代无线通信飞速发展,有限的频谱资源上需要承载越来越高的数据流量,4G LTE技术将达到100 Mbps的传输速率,无线传输系统的设计和工作将承受巨大的压力。系统中的核心部件—微波功率放大器一般都处于非线性工作状态,而包络变化的调制信号经过非线性微波功率放大器后会产生互调失真,造成严重的码间干扰和邻信道干扰。为了保证通信质量,必须采用线性化技术。文章对目前常用的预失真线性化进行梳理,并分析了工作原理、介绍了技术特点,为高线性高效率微波功率放大器的设计提供了重要的参考依据。
With the rapid development of modern wireless communication, the limited spectrum resources need to carry higher and higher data traffic, the 4G LTE technology will reach 100 Mbps transmission rate. The design and operation of wireless transmission system will be under tremendous pressure. The core components of the system-microwave power amplifier are generally in nonlinear state of operation, and the envelope of modulated signal through the nonlinear microwave power amplifier will produce intermodulation distortion, resulting in serious inter-symbol interference and adjacent channel interference. In order to guarantee the quality of communication, we must adopt linearization technique. In this paper, the conventional pre-distortion linearization method is used to analyze the working principle and the technical characteristics, which provides an important reference for the design of high linearity and high efficiency microwave power amplifier.
