摘要
大学生是劳动力市场的重要组成部分。在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,大学生的就业问题一直是当今社会的热点问题。基于工作搜寻理论,建议从高职毕业生、学校和社会等方面促进高职毕业生工作搜寻行为合理性,即:强化自身素质,调整就业预期,积累社会资本,拓宽信息广度和深度;健全就业指导体系,完善专业建设平台;加大调控力度,深化市场改革,调整雇佣标准。
College students are an important part of the labor market. With the background oi 'many people pioneering business and more people engaged in innovation", the employment of college graduates has been a hot issue in today' s society. Based on job search theory, the vocational graduates should turn to schools, society and other aspects to improve the rationality of job search behavior, that is, strengthening their own quality, adjusting employment expectations, accumulating social capital, broadening the breadth and depth of information, improving the employment guidance system, improving the professional construction platform, increasing control efforts, deepening the market reform and controlling the employment standards.
