矩阵式高校思想政治教育协同,是利用高等数学中矩阵来线性或立体地表达出影响高校思想政治教育效果的多维度、多因素间的协同关系。通过矩阵找出影响高校思想政治教育深入发展的成对匹配因素,描绘"高校思政教育L型矩阵图";并通过矩阵图分析、确定影响高校思想政治教育各因素间相互关联程度,确定了学校主导,家庭(参与)支持,社会配合的教育主体地位;强调哲学引导、科学促进、实践提高的协同标准,解决高校思想政治教育的全面协同,以此提高和促进高校思想政治教育的协同建设发展。

The coordination of ideological and political education in the matrix is to use the matrix of higher mathematics to express linear or three-dimensional relation of multi dimension and multiple factors that affect the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. By means of the matrix, pairwise factors affecting further development of ideological and political education are located,, and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is described.
