刺五加种子质量分级标准研究

Research on Seed Quality Grading Standard of Acanthopanax senticosus Seeds

目的研究刺五加种子的质量分级标准。方法对30个不同居群的刺五加种子的品质进行各项检测,并将各项数据进行逐级聚类分析作为分级依据的参考。结果以刺五加种子净度、千粒重、含水量、发芽率、种子活力为指标,初步确定了刺五加种子的三级质量标准。其中,发芽率和种子活力作为主要分级依据,净度、千粒重、含水量三个指标作为次要分级依据。结论经研究得到的刺五加种子三级质量标准符合实际情况,可操作性强,为刺五加种子质量评价和人工种植提供了参考和指导。

Objective To study the seed quality grading standard ofAcanthopanax senticosus seeds. Methods The seed quality from 30 different populations was measured, and these indexes were analyzed by K- Means cluster. Result Three grade quality standards were initially determined by using indexes of seed purity, thousand-grain weight, water content, germination rate, seed vigor. Among five indexes, germination rate and seed vigor were the main classification basis and seed purity, thousand-grain weight, water content were the secondary classification basis. Conclusion The results provide references for seed evaluation ofAcanthopanax senticosus.
