妊娠糖尿病患者应用护理干预对妊娠结局的影响研究

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Control and Pregnancy Outcome in Sestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究应用护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法随机将该院2016年3月—2017年3月妇产科收治的妊娠糖尿病患者分成观察组与对照组各53例,对照组根据医嘱使用常规护理方法 ,观察组在对照组的基础上加强护理干预。结果观察组患者妊娠结局中的胎膜早破,早产,妊娠高血压等均明显低于对照组。且数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响都有显著效果。具有临床应用和推广价值。

Objective Objective to study the influence of nursing intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） patients. Methods The gestational diabetes mellitus patients from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 53 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing according to the doctor＇s advice, and the observation group was given the nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results Premature rupture of membranes, premature delivery and pregnancy induced hypertension were significantly lower in the pregnancy outcome than those in the control group. And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention has significant effect on pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. The Utility model has the advantages of clinical application and popularization.
