摘要
目的探讨Sandwich教学法在临床肿瘤学中的教学效果。方法选取我校2013级临床医学专业100名医学本科生作为研究对象,将其中50名按照Sandwich教学法进行教学的学生纳入观察组,另外50名按照传统方法进行教学的学生纳入对照组。通过期末考试成绩与问卷调查评价Sandwich教学法的效果。结果观察组学生期末考试成绩为(88.62±5.72)分,高于对照组的(79.42±6.13)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组效果好有42例(84.0%),高于对照组的11例(22.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将Sandwich教学法应用于临床肿瘤学的教学,能够显著提高教学质量,具有较好的应用效果。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of Sandwich technique for teaching clinical oncology.Methods One hundred undergraduates of the 2013~2014 school year who majored in clinical medicine at Guangzhou Medical University were selected as the study subjects.Of these students,50 were taught using Sandwich approach(observation group) and 50 were taught using traditional methods(control group).The effectiveness of Sandwich teaching method was evaluated by final examination scores and questionnaires.Results The final examination scores were higher in the study group than in the control group(88.62±5.72 vs 79.42±6.13)(P0.05),which was statistically significant.The proportion of high score was higher in the study group than in the control group(84.0%,42 patients vs 22.0%,11 patients)(P0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Sandwich teaching method can be applied to the teaching of clinical oncology,which can improve teaching quality and have good application effectiveness.
