乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的围术期护理干预

Perioperative nursing intervention for cancer related fatigue in patients with breast cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的围术期护理干预及效果。方法选取2015年11月至2016年11月间宿迁市第一人民医院收治的80例乳腺癌手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(护理干预)与对照组(常规护理),每组40例,比较两组患者护理前后癌因性疲乏情况、生活质量评分及满意度。结果观察组患者护理后行为(4.8±0.5)分、情感(4.5±0.4)分和感觉(4.5±0.6)分等癌因性疲乏项目评分比对照组的(5.8±0.7)分、(5.6±0.7)分和(5.5±0.8)分均低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后躯体功能(69.5±4.8)分、心理健康(76.2±6.3)分、社会功能(72.4±6.3)分、物质生活(78.9±7.3)分及总分(76.5±6.8)分等生活质量项目评分比对照组的(62.4±4.1)分、(67.4±3.8)分、(63.5±6.1)分、(71.2±5.6)分和(66.7±5.2)分均高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为95.0%,对照组患者为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预能够有效缓解乳腺癌患者的癌因性疲乏,提升患者生活质量及满意度。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of perioperative nursing intervention for cancer related fatigue in patients with breast cancer.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer treated at The First People＇s Hospital of Suqian were selected from November 2015 to November 2016.Using a random number table,patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group with 40 patients per group.The pre-and post-nursing caner related fatigue,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups using Piper fatigue scale.Results Scores of cancer related fatigue including behavior,emotions and feelings were significantly lower in the observation group（4.8±0.5,4.5±0.4 and4.5±0.6,respectively） than in the control group（5.8±0.7,5.6±0.7 and 5.5±0.8,respectively） after nursing（all P0.05）.Scores of quality of life including physical function,mental health,social function,material life and overall score were higher in the observation group（69.5±4.8,76.2±6.3,72.4±6.3,78.9±7.3 and 76.5±6.8,respectively） than in the control group（62.4±4.1,67.4±3.8,63.5±6.1,71.2±5.6 and 66.7±5.2,respectively）（all P0.05）.Rate of satisfaction with nursing service was 95.0% for the observation group and 75.0% for the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention can effectively alleviate cancer related fatigue and improve quality of life and satisfaction in patients with breast cancer.
