CD16a表达在ADCC抗肿瘤作用中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抗体依赖的细胞毒性(antibody-dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity,ADCC)作用是指具有杀伤活力的免疫细胞,通过细胞表面的FC受体和单克隆抗体结合,识别被单克隆抗体结合的靶抗原(如细菌或者肿瘤细胞),直接杀伤靶细胞。研究发现,ADCC作用是单克隆抗体治疗肿瘤或其他疾病的重要机制和手段之一[1]。(1)介导ADCC作用的免疫细胞及其受体:机体发挥ADCC作用的免疫细胞主要包括单核白细胞[如自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)、巨噬细胞和γδT细胞]与多形核细胞(中性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞)[2]。其中,
