α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变对比研究

Comparative Study of Alpha Lipoic Acid and Mecobalamin on Diabetic Pe-ripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺在糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中的疗效。方法收集该院2015年3月—2017年3月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者270例,随机分为两组各135例,观察组采用α-硫辛酸治疗,对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,比较效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.14%,明显优于对照组82.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肌电图神经传导速度为(49.27±3.73)m/s,明显优于对照组(45.02±3.22)m/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用α-硫辛酸治疗,可提高神经传导速度,减轻临床症状,值得应用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the effects of alpha lipoic acid and Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 270 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in this department from March 2015 to March 2017 were collected and randomly divided into two groups, with 135 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with alpha lipoic acid, the control group was treated with mecobalamine, and then the curative efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.14%, significantly better than the control group of 82.29%,The difference was statistically significnat （P〈0.05）; After treatment, the EMG nerve conduction velocity of the observation group was （49.27±3.73）m/s, significantly better than the control group of （45.02±3.22）m/s the difference was statistically significnat （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diabetic patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with alpha lipoic acid can increase the nerve conduction velocity, alleviate the clinical symptoms, therefore it is worth clinical application.
